Who We Are

Roots & Wings Initiative is a youth-centered non-profit organization based in Arusha, Tanzania. We believe every child deserves strong cultural roots and the wings to soar beyond their circumstances.

Founded by passionate educators and community leaders, we bridge traditional wisdom with modern opportunities, creating holistic development programs for children and adolescents in underserved communities.
